In reply to this- Bernie has consistently advocated for Palestinian human rights and a more balanced U.S. approach to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. He has urged the U.S. government to condition its aid to Israel on improvements in human rights and supported efforts toward a two-state solution. However, as a U.S. Senator, his actions have been confined largely to policy advocacy and public statements rather than direct diplomatic intervention.

Bernie has publicly called for ceasefires during escalations in the Israel-Palestine conflict over the years. In various statements, he has urged both sides to halt hostilities to protect civilian lives and reduce suffering. As a senator, his efforts focus on advocating for diplomatic solutions and urging U.S. leadership to support an immediate cessation of violence.

Kamala Harris has consistently called for de-escalation and measures to protect civilians in conflict zones. While she has urged for humanitarian pauses and a reduction in violence—which are aligned with the goals of a ceasefire.

On the other end, Trump’s plan for Palestine was introduced during his presidency in January 2020. The plan called for Israel to gain recognition over much of the West Bank, including its settlements, and allowed for annexation of key areas, while proposing the creation of a future Palestinian state that would be demilitarized, limited in sovereignty, and potentially fragmented. It was widely criticized by Palestinian leaders and many international observers as heavily skewed in favor of Israeli interests as it would push millions of people out of the only homeland they have ever known.

Tweeting these things and engaging in political discourse in general brings awareness to issues, it inspires people to run for office, it challenges those in office to fight back, it starts conversations in other spaces. Bernie is also currently on a fighting oligarchy tour trying to fight the issues in a broader sense because wealth is motivating these issues. Unfortunately, he can only do so much- he doesn’t have ultimate power over these issues.

Hey guys, I'm really sorry I haven't been posting over the last two or so weeks but I'm back now with an update!

I present to thee my final evaluation for my awareness campaign assignment, its still a work in progress since I have a few more things to add but so far I'm really happy with how it's looking.

This is another of the posters I have been making throughout the assignment, I have been posting them here and on my insta also named coffeeandstudys.

As well as working on the end of the campaign assignment I have also been busy learning photoshop and also had to try and recreate a scene from elf, this failed since we didn't have enough time but it was still fun to try.

Thoughts After 2 Events

Stack has exhibited at Portland area events with information about the organization and to sell t-shirts that support the nonprofit organizing.

1. OREGON MUSEUM OF SCIENCE AND INDUSTRY: AFTER DARK: Forest & Flannel. A grownups only event with live music and booze. Stack's first experience to present itself to the greater public. There was a big crowd and a very good response. I was told repeatedly that the services Stack offers are needed. .

2. ELECTRIFY PORTLAND: This audience is one of my target markets. For my service Climate Resilience Circle, the grief support group, these are the people that may buy a ticket to my first event. It was a big crowd, over 600 people registered. I must have had close to 30 conversations. I sold two t-shirts and I got about 16 newsletter sign-ups. I will do a drawing for a t-shirt for everyone that signed up.

I have a list of improvements to be made.
